Launched 1st Call for Proposals of innovative business entities

Business entities from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sweden with innovative business ideas, products or services that can lead to a reduction in unemployment, an increase in competitiveness and sustainable socio-economic development in BiH have the opportunity to receive grants from the Challenge Fund within the first call for proposals that is open from 12 October 2022.

Za potencijalne aplikante na raspolaganju je budžet čiji je indikativni iznos oko 480 000,00 EUR, a rok za dostavljanje aplikacija je srijeda 23. novembar 2022. godine do 16 sati.

Za potencijalne korisnike iz kategorije startup-a, koji su registrovani najmanje šest mjeseci, a najduže dvije godine, predviđen je maksimalni iznos granta je 10.000 EUR, dok je za korisnike iz kategorije zrelih privrednih subjekata, koji posluju dvije godine i više, maksimalan iznos grant sredstava je 30.000 EUR.  Aplikanti su obavezni obezbijediti i minimalno vlastito učešće od 50% ukupne vrijednosti predloženog projekta. Period implementacije projekta ne može trajati kraće od 3 mjeseca i duže od 12 mjeseci.

Mogućnost prijavljivanja na javni poziv provodi se isključivo putem online apliciranja na elektronski sistem za apliciranje i evaluaciju (eMSAE) koji se nalazi na web stranici www.c2c.ba, gdje je dostupan i Vodič za aplikante, koji je sastavni dio Aplikativnog paketa.  Aplikacije koje budu dostavljene putem pošte (štampana forma), putem faksa ili na neki drugi način, neće biti uzete u razmatranje, niti će biti predmet ocjenjivanja. U cilju detaljnijeg informisanja potencijalnih aplikanata, planirana je organizacija info sesija, čiji termini će biti objavljeni na projektnoj web stranici.

Projekt Challenge to Change 3.0 je trogodišnji projekt ukupne vrijednosti 3 miliona EUR, koji finansira Švedska. Projekt implementira Sarajevska regionalna razvojna agencija SERDA u partnerstvu sa Agencijom za razvoj preduzeća EDA. Partner u projektu je i Region Ostergotland, Istočna Švedska.

A budget is available for potential applicants, the indicative amount of which is around EUR 480.000, and the deadline for submission of project proposals is Wednesday, 23 November, 2022, by 16.00 hrs.

For potential users from the startup category, who have been registered for at least six months, and at most two years, the maximum grant amount is EUR 10.000, while for users from the category of mature business entities, which have been in business for two years or more, the maximum grant amount is funds is 30.000 EUR. Applicants are required to provide a minimum own participation of 50% of the total value of the proposed project. The project implementation period cannot be shorter than 3 months and longer than 12 months.

The possibility of applying to the call for proposals is carried out exclusively through online application to the electronic application and evaluation system (eMSAE) located on the website www.c2c.ba, where the Guidelines for Applicants is also available, which is an integral part of the Application Package. Applications submitted by mail (printed form), by fax or in any other way will not be taken into consideration, nor will they be subject to evaluation. In order to inform potential applicants in more detail, the organization of info sessions is planned, the dates of which will be published on the project website.

The Challenge to Change 3.0 project is a three-year project with a total value of EUR 3 million, financed by Sweden. The project is implemented by the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA in partnership with the Enterprise Development Agency EDA. The Ostergotland Region, Eastern Sweden, is also a partner in the project.
