Improved the service and got new customers

The company "Sistem Qualita, S" from Pale has been providing quality control services for more than two decades based on expert analysis and technical testing of liquid petroleum fuels, food of plant and animal origin, drinking water, wastewater, groundwater and surface water, alcoholic beverages and ambient air, according to the highest standards of the European Union.

They received the support of the Challenge Fund for the implementation of the project "Quality with the aim of increasing economic activity and health of the population." Through this project, they procured new equipment that complements their service in the field of control of liquid petroleum fuels according to current EU standards, as well as reference materials produced according to the European standard ISO 17034, and created the possibility of hiring new workers. The total value of the project is 115.843,81 BAM, of which the amount of the grant from the Challenge Fund is 55,26%.

"In BiH, there is a great inconsistency with the valid EU standards. The system of testing the quality control of liquid fuels is done according to the standard from 2000, and the standards from 2018 are applied in the EU. Thanks to the new equipment, our laboratory can now provide the service of analysing the quality of liquid fuels according to the methods and standards required by the European Union. So, we kept the existing customers but also got new users of our services. We expect a special effect in the coming period, because Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the path to joining the European Union, must harmonize standards and legislation in the field of liquid fuel quality control. Our company will be ready to meet all market demands in this area," they say in this company.

Thanks to the realization of the project, they hired two new workers, young women, chemical engineers who were trained to work on equipment as part of the project implementation.

"Financial support is crucial for further development and progress in all companies, especially now that the whole world is affected by the consequences of the pandemic.

That is why the support of the Challenge Fund is very important for entrepreneurs in BiH. Our cooperation with the C2C team was more than professional to the mutual satisfaction and we were really honoured to participate in such a project", they point out in the company.
